I'm a professional fitness coach and the founder of Building Forward. I received my Bachelor of Science in Fitness Development from the State University of New York at Cortland in 2015.
I specialize in women's weight loss and body recomposition, with a deep passion for helping women build sustainability into their lives. My philosophy is simple: fitness should fit your real life, not the other way around.
